I am worried that it was hacked. I have not gotten any word back. How do I access my old email for verification of IP if it is gone? Now I can’t even see my public address on other sites. How do I buy xrp ### 1/5 — SCAM ALERT *2025-12-22* Scam warning. I’ve sent hundreds of emails asking how to withdraw my funds. Support either responds incorrectly or ignores emails entirely. Please note that for security reasons, the LOBSTR team does not store users’ secret keys or recovery phrases, nor do we have access to them. You are the sole custodian of your private keys and the only party able to access your LOBSTR wallet and LOBSTR Vault accounts. No third party, including LOBSTR, can administer your account or funds on your behalf. In cases where the recovery phrase for a required signer was not retained and access to that signer has been lost, outgoing transactions cannot be authorized. We would like to emphasize that the situation has already been explained clearly and accurately by our support team. ### 1/5 — Dysfunctional *2025-07-15, version 3.6.1* When I set up my Lobster vault, I was not given a Recovery Phrase. I am trying to delete it altogether off my phone and start over, but deleting it did not make it go away ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-06-15* All this does is slow down transactions and half the time it doesn’t even work. I’ve been trying to make a transaction all afternoon and it won’t allow me to sign it so the transaction can go through. It doesn’t even recognize a new transaction so I can’t sign it to continue. No one can download the LOBSTR wallet or update the latest version to the iPhones or iPads in the UK.
