It gives me all the information that I would generally need to view from mobile. The only reason I wouldn't rate it 5 stars is because it is not super aesthetically pleasing, and accessing account balances can be slow and tedious with the number of taps required. I have a half dozen accounts at LOC that I can manage with a breeze using this app. It updates instantly after a transaction just about every time. I can think of once or twice out of thousands of transactions where it took a few minutes. Only gripe. I don’t want the same notification to check my credit score every day. Sometimes twice. I like the notification to pay my HELOC payment though. Now I’m getting a couple more daily repeat messages. Please provide a way to manage these.
