### 2.6 — 2026-05-25

- Weather icons are now more realistic: sunny days stay sunny when most daylight hours are clear, instead of showing clouds for tiny rain chances.
- Improved fallback backgrounds: no more white blank panels when weather images or widget backgrounds fail to load.
- Brighter light theme with cleaner blue sky backgrounds and better contrast.
- Fixed city search reliability with better geocoding results and fallback search handling.
- General polish and stability improvements.

### 2.5 — 2026-04-22

Fixed a widget visibility issue that could make the background turn white in light mode and hide the text. The widget now uses a stable blue fallback background so weather information stays readable at all times.

Also improved automatic weather updates for the main city. Background refresh is now more reliable, and when you open the app, it will automatically refresh if the main city card is missing or outdated, so you no longer need to press Refresh manually.

We’ve updated Local Meteo to make the city experience clearer and more useful.
Premium now focuses on going further: unlimited saved cities, alert workflows, morning summaries, and widget city selection.
Also included: improved onboarding, clearer upgrade options, better Light Mode contrast on city headers, and general stability improvements.
Added Apple Watch extension.

- Bug Fixes: Restored city navigation and refined the overall UI feel.
