This app is generally good and user friendly when there is not an unresolved bug software. I wish there were an IT helpline I could contact

Easy enough to book a vehicle, but I can always tap and go. Where are the fleet management tools? Would be nice to be able to quickly access them, especially after hours when someone calls with access trouble and I'm not in front of my desktop.

2.5 stars for ease of booking a vehicle, 0 stars for no fleet management tools.

This app was great, & then it started acting weird ... error “incorrect URL” and no way for me to figure out why the message is being given. When I accept correct URL it just becomes cyclical with no change or other way to check settings. 

Prior to this, used it daily to login, set bookings, shorten or increase bookings on the spot. 

Please fix it so I can give you 5 stars
