Prior to this it was so glitchy i had to call google (fun!) and get reimbursed for my leads. The app wouldn't show them to me till about 3-4 days after they came in. I was told to just dispute them all no matter what till the issue is fixed. I did. None of the disputes are approved. Still no fix. Over a year ago when i first started this service it was awesome. Very good leads almost daily. Well worth the costs for our industry. Unfortunately it just keeps going downhill. BTW, Google if you're listening, the "save" button is not visible when filtering leads. I know where it is but new users would not. ### 1/5 — Will not work *2024-09-28* I have had this app since January, and it used to work great! A couple months back however, I stopped being able to respond to messages, and had to default to responding via my email. What’s more annoying is that no matter what settings I, my co-partner, or my CSR have used, calls/messages WILL NOT SHOW UP until the next day. Thank God it at least gives us a notification so we can respond to messages via email. However it’s gotten worse. I just updated my iPhone to iOS 18, and the app just went kaput. It will not open. As soon as you try to launch the application, it just immediately closes itself. The same this is happening for my co-partner, as soon as his iPhone updates, problems. Idk if it’s a problem on Googles side, or Apple, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Please fix this app man. ### 1/5 — MESSAGE THAT POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS *2024-09-26* I’m not sure why you would give the option for a customer leading a service to not add a phone number so we can contact them. We literally provide services that require us to go to their home. Why wouldn’t make a difference if they were talking to us on the phone if they needed someone to come to their actual home, I can see trying to keep up with other dashboards, but your lead dashboard is quickly becoming a free listing with spam leads it’s unfortunate that your system continues to MONOPOLIZE THE AD MARKET AND Y’ALL WONDER WHY YOU FIND YOURSELVES CONSTANTLY PLAYING MILLIONS AND SITTING IN COURT INSTEAD OF SPENDING TIME AT YOUR OFFICE IS TRYING TO MAKE A SYSTEM BETTER BUT THEN AGAIN YOU’RE NOT PAYING THOSE FEES. THE BUSINESS OWNERS ARE FOR PEOPLE TO CONTACT US WITHOUT GIVING US ANY INFORMATION, I’VE SPENT OVER $100 IN THE LAST TWO DAYS AND IF YOU TURN THEM OFF, THEN IT DROPS YOU TO THE BOTTOM OF THE LISTED COMPETITORS. It just shuts down straight away so it’s not even functional. I’ve contacted google but they’re as much use as a chocolate teapot…frustrating! ### 1/5 — “Save” report works - but if you know location. Does not works with iOS 18 :( *2024-09-23* Does not always provide options for generating reports. The word "Save" is the same blue color as the background on which this word is written. Therefore, the option to save is not available if you do not know where to click. They give a bunch of excuses why your ad isn't working and why you're not climbing the list. The reality is, if you as a small business owner can't afford what the bigger companies can then you're just gonna get buried at the bottom of their list. Also their app doesn't work and they're constantly changing terms and conditions which will shut your badge off if not caught. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2024-10-22* This app is absolutely awful!! It only works half the time, freezes constantly, and won’t even display your new leads the majority of the time. It’s currently October 22, 2024 and I am just now having notifications show up from LAST WEEK today, which is Tuesday. Many of those leads were texts from potential clients that I was not able to respond to in a timely manner and they found someone else to do business with. For a multi billion dollar company you seriously need to step up your game. You also need to make an option to dispute a charge due to YOUR inability to send the lead in a timely fashion. ### 1/5 — Google hates small businesses *2024-10-22* If you are attempting to supplement or launch a business with this service just know what you’re getting into. This app is a scam and they recently made it even more scammy by removing your ability to dispute leads. Customer service doesn’t exist. If you try to change your business info, you’ll get banned for years. I believe they have an algorithm that automatically forces you to pay the max amount every month even if the job lead amount isn’t there. For fun, I decided to increase my weekly payment amount to $ 2000. The app told me I’d receive 175 leads a week for that price. Google took their $ 2000, and I only received 70 leads, my lead price was about $ 40 per lead. It was insane. You also can’t filter out certain calls you don’t want to pay for. Awful app, non-existent service. I basically left my job to start a office/house cleaning business and didn’t know exactly how to get enough clients to stay in business, but I sincerely thank God for for connecting me with a pest control business owner who introduced me to the local service ad. He said they were about to give up the office space they were using and started working out of their home, but local service ads came to the rescue and instantly they started getting many business. I took his word and tried it out and never regretted once. I’m so grateful for this app. The customer service is very helpful, just like any other customer service, there is a wait time when you call but ones they answer the call, they are very helpful. When they say Google Guaranteed, they really mean it. They make sure your business appear at the very top! I would highly recommend this app, if you have a small business and want more customers or a just starting out and checking out your options.
