Just had a taxi cancelled 5 mins before due, after a load of dead calls 20 mins before taxi was due when I was trying to get ready. Tried signing up again today, said my number was registered, love to know how that works without a code, so used my email to log in but nope, my email isn’t registered, so clicked forgot email, asked me to input my number, did that, said it was sending a code, guess what happened? Yup no code even when I asked it to resend 3 times. Won’t be bothering with this app again, I’d rather just call the base and pay in cash ### 1/5 — Failure *2021-10-03, version 33.3.13* I cannot get myself registered on this app. It asked for my mobile number and promised to send a code. Code NEVER arrives. Nor a promised email.
