Re downloaded this app as I’ve not had issues with this company but now you have to create an account with either email, apple or Google but whichever I try it says my mobile number is already in use and I can’t create an account so can’t even get in the app!!

Not sure if it is the drivers or the app that is unreliable. Just had a taxi cancelled 5 mins before due, after a load of dead calls 20 mins before taxi was due when I was trying to get ready. Why can’t they turn up when you booked?

Asked me to give my number so it could send me a code, did this 12 months ago, no code, even after asking it to resend the code 6 times.

Tried signing up again today, said my number was registered, love to know how that works without a code, so used my email to log in but nope, my email isn’t registered, so clicked forgot email, asked me to input my number, did that, said it was sending a code, guess what happened? Yup no code even when I asked it to resend 3 times. Won’t be bothering with this app again, I’d rather just call the base and pay in cash

I cannot get myself registered on this app. It  asked for my mobile number and promised to send a code.  Code NEVER arrives.  Nor a promised email. Pointless not working app.

After downloading the app I have been billed £1.01 for no reason whatsoever. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP. It’s absolutely rubbish!

Booked taxi for my mother. Wasn’t dispatched at set time. Mother missed train. Wont be using this app again. Wouldn’t recommend using this app.
