I have plenty signal and internet connection (WiFi). It was all accepted. One hour before my taxi was due, they informed me they had to cancel it, by text!! Totally unreliable!! Highly recommend the company. Taxis are prompt, extremely clean with professional, helpful and friendly drivers. App is easy to use for asap or pre-booking also helps that you can track your taxi. ### 4/5 — Won’t let me edit pick-up time *2022-12-14, version 2.3.0* The app is great generally and my go-to for booking a taxi, but the app throws out an error message when I try and change the pre booked pick up time to 30 minutes later.
