Signing up as wanted a pizza from Freedom Pizza. It gets stuck at sending code to mobile abs then says calling and no call received.

I select the pizza but the app does not offer me crust or other options or to even order a pizza! The old app was great. It’s been like this for a long time and I have reloaded the app numerous time. Freedom pizza has lost a lot of order due to this.

Have been trying to sign up but the app has a glitch, the code for mobile verification is not sent as a message instead you get a phone call from a UK number a recorded voice gives you the number once entered it says not valid, after that good luck getting the code again, no re-try, no call back, no help links on the site👎🏼.

The just keeps crashing, never seen this from an app on the Apple store. Nice pizza, poor app!

You would think it would be simple. Add a menu, add an address, apply a discount voucher, and then take payment....Done!
Alas, not this app. It is o possible to order....you select your pizza and it logs you out! You select a promotion from the wallet....it doesn’t apply it! You have a discount code...it does t accept it!
I hate to think the amount of business this app has cost FreedomPizza....I ordered elsewhere.

The app makes it impossible to order.
At checkout process, you can't select your saved address and you can't create a new one either because the area menu is required but empty.
Disappointing!

Very nice app. Smooth and clean. Good experience and throughly enjoyed using the software. Nicely integrated with Apple Pay as well.
