### 1/5 — This is a very poor app.

*2026-09-05*

This app is not what it claims to be in its advertisement. My ICloud subscription is much cheaper and offers a better way to track and connect with family members.

When you try to link a family member, they must purchase a subscription to connect with you. The code they sent won't work unless the family member has purchased the app. I want to warn the public: do not trust the advertising or its app; it is misleading. In the advertisement, they said just type the number and you don’t need to ask their permission. But in their policy, it is different they have to send them the code and ask for their permission. My son's place was affected by the storm and I wanted to locate him to see if he was safe and where he was that is why I purchased it. In my dissatisfaction, this app did not function well as it advertised. I purchased it the other day and I wanted a full refund for an app that never worked.

### 1/5 — Fraud
