## What is locationafrique?

LocationAfrique connects tenants directly with landlords — no agents, no hidden fees, no middleman standing between you and your next home.

Finding a rental in Africa often means going through an agent who charges high fees just to show you a few available properties, sometimes ones that don't even match what you're looking for. LocationAfrique removes that step entirely. You browse real listings, contact landlords directly, and pay only a transparent visit fee to schedule a visit — nothing more.

FOR TENANTS

- Browse verified rental listings across major African cities — no agent required

- Filter by neighborhood, room type, and kitchen availability to find exactly what fits your life

- View real photo galleries (minimum 5 photos per listing) so you know what you're getting before you visit

- Schedule visits and pay visit fees securely within the app — a transparent fee, paid once, with no added agent commission

- Review rental terms upfront before confirming a visit — no surprises

- Subscribe to a Weekly Visit Pass for unlimited visits within a city while you search

- Browse as a guest — no account required until you're ready to book or contact a landlord

Whether you're relocating to Africa for a new job, moving within your own city, or just ready to sign a new lease, LocationAfrique connects you straight to the source.

FOR LANDLORDS

List your property directly to tenants — keep more of your rental income by skipping agent commissions.

- Add, publish, edit, and manage your property listings from a dedicated Host Dashboard

- Mark properties as occupied and manage weekly availability with an interactive calendar

- Track property performance, bookings, and tenant activity from your own analytics dashboard

- Publish high-quality listings with support for multiple photos

- Receive visit requests and real-time notifications for every scheduled visit

- Meet qualified tenants in person and finalize the lease directly with them — no agent involved

PAYMENTS, MADE SIMPLE

- Digital Wallet: refunds from cancelled visits go straight to your wallet, ready to use for your next booking

- Landlord cancellations are eligible for withdrawal

- Full transaction history available anytime from your profile

STAY UPDATED IN REAL TIME

- Push notifications for bookings, payments, and property status changes

- Live availability updates — no need to refresh or guess if a property is still open
