Ich stimme Helldriver zu. Seit dem Update werden per GET keine Webhooks mehr gesendet.

Diese gehen an meine Firewall und werden an den HomeServer weitergeleitet. Dort erfolgt die Auswertung und ich schalte einige Aussenlichter.

Über ein Webtool funktioniert das alles, über Locative leider nicht (mehr).

Habt Ihr kurzfristig ein Update im Köcher?

Seit dem Update kommt keine Nachricht mehr an meinem Server an. Da am Server und am iPhone nichts geändert wurde, liegt es wohl am Programm. Habe nun heraus gefunden, dass die UUID von meinem Handy sich geändert hat. Daher funktionierte meinenHaussteuerung nicht mehr richtig.

Great app. I’ve previously used Geofency. 

On the notifications tab I can’t tell which device is which as all my iBeacons have the same UUID but different max and min values. Can you show the location name instead of uuid please?

Also a clear all button or even a group for each device?

The big point I hope this app has is 100% delivery. Does it keep trying to do a http post? I hope so as sometime when you are entering / exiting a location you can have bad signal but it’s important the post event goes through as soon as it can.

It used to work but I had it turned off while I was moving and now that I’m activating it again a few months later it doesn’t seem to be behaving well. I will be sitting at home and randomly it will send Leave and Entry events for no reason which makes my IoT go crazy.

Hopefully it can get fixed because it used to be the only reliable geofence app I could find to send API requests.

App works fine and notifications are been send correctly. However, I’m missing the option the increase the geofence size beyond 100m. As I’m using this to control my heating, I want to trigger it at 2miles before I get home. This app doesn’t give you that option.

Love this app. Love that you updated it. Only thing I wish was if I could do a much bigger radius. 3-5 miles would be great.

Great app, but the new notifications with the code in them are extremely annoying.

App just updated a year past “closing the doors” - unfortunately it’s now raising notifications on every event, even with notifications turned off.

Trotz Hintergrundaktualisierung leider nicht sehr zuverlässig, was sehr schade ist, denn gerade zur aktuellen Jahreszeit möchte man in ein warmes zuhause kommen. Nur Locative vereitelt dies meist genau dann, wenn man es braucht.

This app solved my issues of location detection within home assistant. Great app that does exactly what it needs to do. Curious of how this app impacts battery life, but is a great start.

Seit dem Update auf iOS 15 funktioniert die App leider nicht mehr. Ähnlich wie Geofency, Geotags Photo und andere Apps ist Locative wohl auch von einem gravierenden Bug betroffen, den Apple in iOS 15 eingebaut hat.

**Developer response:** Das ist korrekt. Apple hat leider mit iOS 15 ein defektes Geofencing-System ausgeliefert. Uns, als App-Entwickler, sind die Hände Gebunden und wir hoffen so wie die Nutzer:innen von Locative auf einen baldigen fix. Bis dahin hilft es u.U. did App z.B. nach einem Neustart zu öffnen, einige Nutzer haben sich berichtet dass eine Neuinstallation (leider mit Neukonfiguration verbunden) ebenfalls hilft. Was allerdings definitiv niemandem hilft sind schlechte App Store Reviews. Bei Rückfragen gerne via support@locative.app

Diese App ist leider nicht einsetzbar, da sie in mehr als der Hälfte der Fälle nicht reagiert. Schade, weil der Ansatz eigentlich gut ist.

Nutze die App auf einem iPhone 5S und bekomme nur ganz vereinzelt ein Ergebnis bzw. einen Log wenn ich meinen festgelegte Bereich verlasse. Schade, aber so kann ich die App nicht als zuverlässige Quelle für die Hausautomation nutzen.

Super App aber leider in Verwendung mit iBeacons zu langsam. Häufig muss ich mein Display einschalten damit der iBeacon überhaupt erkannt wird oder sehr lange warten. Das ist für näherungsautomationen nicht brauchbar.

### 5/5 — Top App! Aber viel zu teuer für die kleinen Zusatz Features

Benutze ich seit Jahren und funktioniert im Zusammenspiel mit FHEM perfekt. Zum Glück bin ich noch auf iOS 14.8.1 da mit iOS 15.x die App und viele andere auf gleicher Basis nicht mehr funktionieren. Meine Frau hat seit paar Tagen ein iPhone 13, damit geht es leider überhaupt nicht mehr, egal wie oft man die App neu installiert/konfiguriert oder öffnet. Ein Neustart vom iPhone hilft manchmal für kurze Zeit. Leider wurde es mit iOS 15.2 auch nicht besser. ABER: da kann diese App hier nichts für :-)

Edit 1: iOS 15.3 behebt endlich das Location Problem. Eine Frage hätte ich dann doch: Früher konnte man den Radius bis 25 Meter runter setzen, mittlerweile geht nur noch Minimum 50 Meter. iOS oder Locative Einschränkung?

Edit 2: danke für bisher keinerlei Rückmeldung ;-( … aus welchem Grund resettet das neuste Update v5.13.0 seine UUID? Ich musste in FHEM jedes Smartphone neu konfigurieren, da die UUID sich bei jedem Gerät mit dem Update geändert hat :-(

Tja was soll ich sagen, dem Entwickler ist es offensichtlich egal was hier geschrieben wird, jedoch interessiert es vielleicht andere Benutzer: Die App ist viel zu teuer, wenn nicht vollkommen überteuert für die paar kleinen Zusatz-Features, welche man nach dem In-App Kauf bekommt.
Wer etwas in Sachen sehr vielen Features, permanente Weiterentwicklung und sehr stabil sucht und dafür nicht mal etwas zahlen muss sondern via Trinkgeld etwas zahlen kann, wird bei Geofency fündig. Nutzt meine Familie mittlerweile über 1 Jahr ohne irgendein Problem.

Die Funktionen der App im Zusammenspiel mit der Anwesenheitserkennung in FHEM sind hervorragend. Ich setze beides seit mehreren Jahren ein. 
Ebenfalls vorbildlich die Reaktionszeiten vom Entwicklungssupport, die in meinem Fall, nicht nur innerhalb weniger Minuten reagiert haben, sondern auch die Fehleranalyse und -korrektur vorgenommen haben. Auf Version 5. folgte umgehend ein Update.

After fiddling with IFTTT and IOS own home “automation” I found this app to be the only reliable one that could consistently make calls to my server when I come and go from my home. You can program a total of 20 places to keep track of exiting and leaving and calling your own custom server URLs.
