Reduce your screen time with the help of your friends. Lock in empowers you to break phone addiction by disabling selected apps during focused sessions.

Core Features (Subscription Required):
 • Select apps to be disabled for a set duration or create weekly schedules.
 • Take breaks: 3x 1-minute and 2x 15-minute breaks available daily.
 • End sessions early only by:
 • Requesting a subscribed friend to unlock you.
 • Using an emergency unlock (1 free; more can be purchased (consumable)).
 • App uninstall protection during lock sessions.
 • Set daily app usage limits (e.g. 1h of Instagram, Snapchat).
 • To extend a limit, record yourself reading a preset message aloud and post it on the Wall of Shame.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:
All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your App Store account settings.

Dude I procrastinate to a disgusting level and istg this app genuinely helped SO. MUCH. I especially love the self deprecating messages you get when u try and get out of a session and how it only lets you out if someone ELSE lets you.

HOWEVER, I do wish it gave notifications when a session was over and maybe some victory confetti? Maybe keep a log of sessions somewhere more visible.. maybe enable a ticking sound feature… maybe we could even label our sessions?? 👀

Also pls let me change the 24 hour clock format 🙏

### 2/5 — The app reduced my screentime significantly but there’s a problem

The app allowed me to focus more and significantly reduced any doom scrolling to a minimum. But there’s a problem, when I open the app to try and give me a break or pause the thingy, the first thing I see is ”sign in with apple” and the app just stays there frozen with the animated circle of sign in when i already signed in. I do as it says and sign in with Face ID as it gives me but it just repeats this without advancing. And this happened already more than once. I need to know what to do when this happens, please help.
