## What is Lock Screen Photo Live Widget?

Your photos belong somewhere you actually look.

This app puts an album from your photo library onto your Lock Screen — a real photo, filling a frame, changing through the day. Not a wallpaper you set once and forget. Not a tiny widget you squint at.

Pick an album. Pick when it should run. That's the whole setup.

HOW IT WORKS

Choose one album from your photo library. It prepares a small copy of those photos in its own storage, then shows them on your Lock Screen during the time windows you set — after work, on a Sunday morning, whenever your people are worth looking at.

Tap the arrow on the Lock Screen to jump to the next photo. With Pro it moves on by itself.

BUILT AROUND YOUR PRIVACY

Nothing is uploaded. Ever. The app copies a downsized version of your chosen album into its own storage on your iPhone, and that copy is all the Lock Screen ever reads. There is no account, no cloud sync, no analytics on your pictures. You can see exactly which photos are prepared and how much space they take — and delete them in one tap.

GOOD TO KNOW

This app uses the iPhone Lock Screen through Apple's Live Activities, which iOS ends after about eight hours. That's an iOS limit, not an app limit — so the app is built around time windows you choose rather than pretending to run forever. On iOS 26 and later, each window starts on its own at the time you set.

Requires iOS 18 or later. Live Activities must be enabled for the app in Settings.
