## What is Lockdln?

Your whole day. One place to follow through.

lockdln is a quiet daily system for habits, schedules, workouts, meals, and the health readings you choose. Plan the day, do the work, and see how it went without opening another feed.

PLAN THE DAY
Arrange schedule blocks with reminders. Track simple habits or step-by-step checklists. Build challenges that last 30, 90, 365, or a custom number of days. See what is due today, then review streaks and consistency.

TRAIN WITH LESS FRICTION
Create a weekly workout split with exercises, sets, and reps. Start a session with an elapsed timer and rest controls. On supported iPhones, Live Activities keep workout progress visible on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

EAT WITH CONTEXT
Log meals, calories, and macros against daily targets. Use the optional target calculator for a starting point. You can also request an AI estimate from a meal photo, a typed description, or voice dictation, then review every result before saving.

DRAFT A WEEK FASTER
Describe or paste a workout split or schedule and ask AI to draft it. Voice dictation is optional. You choose whether to replace your week, and you can edit every result.

APPLE HEALTH (HEALTHKIT)
Optionally connect Apple Health through HealthKit. lockdln can read only the categories you select: sleep, active energy, steps, and exercise minutes. Health access is optional and lockdln never writes data to HealthKit.

ACCOUNTABILITY, YOUR WAY
Compare selected scores and metrics with friends using an optional share code. You choose what is shared for each connection. No contacts permission is required. Most of your data stays on your device.

LOCKDLN PRO
Access requires a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Current pricing and trial eligibility appear before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
