## What is Locked In?

You said you were going to do it. Now get Locked In.

Locked In is a social accountability app built around a simple idea: it’s harder to quit when you’re not doing it alone.

Build habits. Break bad ones. Create routines. Then get your people in a Squad and hold each other accountable for actually following through.

Whether you want to work out consistently, wake up earlier, read every day, build a morning routine, scroll less, or leave an old habit behind—Locked In helps turn intentions into action.

BUILD HABITS THAT STICK
Create commitments around what matters to you. Choose your schedule, set your target, and check in when you’ve done what you said you’d do.

BREAK BAD HABITS
Leave something behind and watch your days free add up. Track milestones, build momentum, and keep moving forward.

BUILD ROUTINES
Turn multiple steps into one repeatable routine. Build your morning, evening, workout, study, or personal routine step by step.

DON’T DO IT ALONE
Create or join a Squad. See how your people are doing, compete on the leaderboard, celebrate wins, and nudge each other when someone needs to lock back in.

COMPETE
Take on challenges with your Squad and turn consistency into friendly competition.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Track streaks, completion rates, history, and trends so you can see where you’re consistent—and where you need to lock back in.

GET LOCKED IN.

Less talking about what you’re going to do.

More doing it.

DISCIPLINE BUILDS FREEDOM.
