I use the app nearly every day. I run a 9am-12pm schedule block schedule to make sure I start my workday right. Often, I will be scrolling IG or X in the morning and lose track of time, then, as soon as 9am hits, I get blocked. At first, it felt jarring but within a few seconds felt great: like oh snap! The app works! Now I need to get back to work.

Honestly a game changer for breaking the scroll loop. Instead of just blocking your apps it makes you wait out a timer or look at your to do list so you actually end up getting bored of waiting and just go do your work instead. 5 stars
