## What is Locked In?

Locked In is a workout tracker built around one idea: you show up more when your crew can see it.

YOUR SQUAD
Make a squad with your gym friends — or the ones who moved away. Everyone sees who's trained today, who's behind on the week, and who needs a nudge.
Rest days never break a streak. Skipping does.

A LOGGER BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR
Big targets, weights that carry forward, a rest timer on your lock screen with controls that actually work, and PR detection the moment you rack the bar. Swap an exercise mid session when the machine's taken. Log sets from your wrist on Apple Watch.

PLANS YOU RUN TOGETHER
Build your own program or adopt a proven split. Invite anyone to run it with you — same days, same lifts, everyone lifting their own numbers.

PROOF OF WORK
Progression charts for every lift. Weekly volume. Estimated one-rep max. A trophy case where every badge is earned in the gym — there's no badge for opening the app.

HEART RATE, IF YOU WANT IT
Connect Apple Health and your workouts carry effort: average and max HR, zones, and an effort score. Workouts recorded on your watch can land in your feed automatically.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
No ads. No selling your data. Export everything in one tap. Delete your account in-app, instantly.

THE COACH (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION)
Locked In Coach reads the numbers you've actually logged and tells you what to do next: a plan built around your days and your favorite lifts, the exact weight and reps to beat on the lift in front of you, a weekly read on what's climbing and what's stalled, and recovery sessions built around where you're sore. It's powered by AI, it asks your permission before it reads anything, and you can switch it off — and delete everything it remembers — in one tap.

Grab your crew. Get locked in.
