My screen time is way down since I started using LockedIn. It’s simple to set up and use. While setting focus times or daily limits in other apps would lead me to using my allotted windows/time limits to mindlessly scroll, LockedIn makes me gut check on what the right choice is in the moment. Kudos to the dev team for a great design on this app!
