You can now reach our support team by email, straight from the app.

Open the menu and you'll find an email option next to the phone and WhatsApp ones. Tapping it opens your mail app with our address already filled in — useful when the quickest way to explain something is a photo of the locker or a copy of your receipt.

Behind-the-scenes improvements: the app now reports problems back to us more clearly, so issues like a compartment that won't open or a payment that won't go through get fixed faster. Plus small stability fixes.

• Grouped lockers: if your size is taken you're given a free one nearby, and you now always see that locker's real price before you pay.
• Combined durations (days + weeks) can now be charged at their own rates.
• Browse every size, see at a glance which are unavailable, and jump straight to nearby lockers.
• No active rentals? The app now opens on the map.
• Payment and stability improvements
• Fixed: long locker names in your rentals, picking the wrong size mid-swipe, and a rare error after paying.
• If payment confirmation is delayed, the app now waits for the final result instead of showing an error straight away
• Fixed a message that incorrectly reported the card as declined
• Payment is locked while we confirm, to prevent being charged twice
• Minor fixes and stability improvements

• Clearer payment messages — if your card is declined, you now see why and what to try next (for example, another card, Google Pay or Apple Pay).
• Redesigned rent actions — opening your compartment to add or grab items is now clearly separate from ending your rental, so you won't finish a rental by mistake.
• A short safety window right after you rent prevents ending a session accidentally.
• Reliability improvements and minor fixes.
