I successfully jumped through many hoops to uninstall the license from my old computer but couldn’t get the license to work on my new computer. I didn’t really understand why and Locklizard say ‘they don’t directly support the end user’ and point you in the direction of hard to follow technical pages for you to read. They have definitely succeeded in creating a secure document as I can no longer get into it. ### 1/5 — Impossible on IPad. *2022-06-13, version 1.0.22* I purchased an ebook that uses this app to view. After two hours of trying to move the document into the app without success I’m writing my first app review. I don’t have access to my laptop or desktop to try to move the document into this app and I can’t get it to open or share it from the files, safari, or mail apps. Single wrong click will delete all your highlights and you literally will start over. Also, it sometimes crashes which makes you crazy. However not bad for protecting documents and that is why writers likes it. But not totally secure, the document can still be extracted by other methods. But watermark ability is good. It is just non-functional for a textbook or professional reference. Almost impossible to jump back and forth between sections, no hyperlinks, no real table of contents, and the “highlighting” feature is laughable (underline or draw a box around some text?). And the crashes. I get to a certain page, and when I try to scroll to the next page it always crashes at the same page number, no matter what setting the page scroll is set to. I can see thumbnails for additional pages but can’t access what I paid for. And then the printing (or not printing). My book came with a second volume of printable handouts (printing is enabled). But there is no print icon or setting. And I can only download my book on one device, so I can’t even try it on my laptop (which is actually not useful anyway because I need to be able to use the book at work, and I can’t use a personal computer at work, so I chose to put it on my iPad). I’m so disgusted at the poor engineering of this app. Apple, Google, Amazon and others can come up with highly functional eReaders. But no where was it mentioned that the files would be protected from the buyer also. The app crashes everytime. A smooth reading for 10 seconds is not possible. You guys are cheating on the consumers. You are wasting our time and money because many note creators are charging money by giving notes compatible with locklizard. What is the problem with giving a smooth pdf reader? I hope i could give no stars. The app is the worst in the world. Are you people taking money from the crestors also by making it hard on the consumers? So that we buy the physical notes with more money. Improve your file viewer man. Your are cheating us. We buy the files with hard earned money. Not like you who is conning its customers and not paying attention to the feedback. There is a reason why it has 1 star. You still sit through a slow cover page animation every time you open the book. Set high quality rendering? You still get pixelated garbage photos that completely ruin the usefulness of a rock climbing guidebook. Al giorno d’oggi le app per leggere PDF presentano evidenziatori, note, ecc. infatti anche in questa è presente UN evidenziatore (sì, di un solo colore) il quale però, una volta chiuso e riaperto il PDF, è come se non fosse mai stato utilizzato, tutto sparito. I couldn’t import the PDC file to LockLizard file section, but was able to import the license. But after the latest update, i was able to import the PDC file and access it.
