Exactly what I wanted

I was looking for a app to put contact information on my Lock Screen in case I ever lost my phone. This app does exactly that and makes it very easy to set up.

I cannot believe that there is not like a one time purchase fee to buy this app and instead you must always watch ads whenever you wanna do anything. Absolutely terrible
