I forgot my password now I’m blocked! Can I please get it fixed! All of my photos are saved in it, I don’t want to lose them help

I deleted it to see if my photo would stay in the app after login in it didn’t stay needs to be fixed

sorry for the inconvenience.
The app doesn't support to backup/restore feature from server. However, we will try to have this feature ASAP.

This has been also mentioned in the app description as follows:
All your photos stored in LockOn are 100% private. Your photos are only stored on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

Can not expand size of pictures 
Must upload one picture at a time

I’ve tried to email you guys. You sent me a new password link. I did that and now it says I’m locked out. Can you tell me what to do. My documents are locked in there and I cant get to them. I thought the premise is to lock out others...not me. I haven’t had any problems till now. And it did work good. Please help...I need to get in there.

I would like to click on a picture, and be able to stretch it to look at things better. You think this option can be done. I’m positive everyone here
