So basically down $50 deleted the app not gonna use it again it wasn’t good ### 2/5 — Very buggy. *2026-03-31* Sometimes the app will erase my coach, forcing me to start everything over and the app stopped blocking my blocked apps today. **Developer response:** Thanks for sharing your experience. NO functions of the app are usable without paying and it doesn’t even tell you that until you’ve already shared your information with it. You can download it for free, sure — but the second you actually try to use the important features, everything is locked behind a subscription. That’s not really free. What’s the point of advertising a screen time app as free if basic tools that people actually need require paying every month? Especially for parents or teens trying to manage screen time, it feels frustrating to get excited about an app just to hit a paywall immediately. The app itself might work fine, but the pricing setup ruins the experience. If almost every useful feature needs premium, they should just be upfront and call it a paid app with a trial instead of pretending it’s free. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2026-04-27* The first time I downloaded this app, I thought it was a free trial and I decided to see how it would work on me to “reclaim” my time. The mindfulness was very helpful, but sometimes I needed more time so you could easily lie and text the ai that you’d reply to a message and instantly get access. I do not recommend this app for people with long term social media addiction. Then I immediately cancel after paying because I wanted a preview and I decide to email them with no reply after three weeks.
