Really looking forward to seeing how this changes the industry! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App crashes immediately on opening *2021-07-04, version 2.0.4* I use an iPhone 11 Pro Max and whenever I open this app, it crashes and closes, then sits in the background as an app that is unusable. I have tried contacting support with no response, uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as updating iOS and yet I still have the same issue. Has anyone else experienced this? As the app is currently unusable for me. Regards ### 1/5 — Cowboys that think there locksmiths *2020-08-12, version 1.0.27* Sub contracted for these a while back but after watching don't get done get Dom, one of the directors is clearly ripping customers off. Very little experience although they like to think they do, after seeing them work on tv my 6 year old knows more locksmithing than them. Stopped subcontracting immediately as they didn't ask for any proof of insurance (PLI) no DBS checks done, no proof of any qualifications you may have. So as long as you have a vehicle your a locksmith in there eyes. It was shocking to see. They also brag on the watts app group about there charges to customers. There prices are shocking £150 for a part that cost less than £10 (ERA gearbox) but then when a customer complains they blame the engineer yet it clearly states the prices on there iZettle, but apparently it's a guide but complain when you charge less. Charge a call out fee which is a thing of the past. Not interested in making sure the customer is insurance complaint. I would honestly avoid unless your happy to be on tv as a bad tradesman. Avoid as a customer as there prob not local and defiantly avoid as a genuine locksmith. ### 1/5 — Deleting *2020-04-21, version 1.0.19* Posted a job and no one was in the area to accept it so my customer gets a text from lock sub saying we’re unable to attend -which lost me the job altogether. Posted another few jobs and they just disappear from the app - Then lock sub email me during covid19 lock down to say I’m not posting enough jobs 😂 That’s because there’s a lock down ? Deleting the app now ### 1/5 — Not a Local Locksmith - Misleading *2019-12-02, version 1.0.16* I have to say, I do not agree with the concept of advertising as a local locksmith with local telephone numbers in order to obtain work to sell to genuine and active local locksmiths. ### 3/5 — Phone number glitch *2022-02-18, version 2.0.6* When trying to sign up it keeps putting a 44 infront of my number when it is trying to send the authorization code ### 5/5 — nice *2021-10-23* Love working with these guys jobs come to you phone and the app is nice and easy to use and tells you amount earnt from every job.
