Sure I don’t mind when I have all the time I need, but not really when I’m in a rush, especially since I use it to commute as part of my work journey. This felt extremely unsafe having to ride from University Station to Ma On Shan which involved some elevation change going through high traffic areas. ### 3/5 — First time user *2024-08-03, version 2.7.3* Language interface was not great. Even though I set it to English many screens were still in Chinese and I had to guess how to get through. The bike I got was relatively new and easy to ride. The new pricing plan now only offer inflexible day pass/ 7-day/ monthly pass where users need to spend all the balances within a limited period. Now the cost is considerably larger for not-so-frequent users like me. This is a failure and especially when the bike availability is still scarce, it is not worthy to top up an amount where i wont be able to exhaust. Then i realize its just this app. ### 1/5 — Not recommended *2024-01-09, version 2.6.12* Not recommended. firstly there’s no hourly charge, the app forces you to sign a day pass which costs hkd 59. There are other options like weekly pass monthly and yearly but it’s very expensive. It’s a bad marketing strategy as it’s not attractive to the user, it could’ve been hourly charged but need to have minimum top up to use the bikes so that user have time freedom on using the bikes, this way user will use the app more often as they’ve got credit inside the wallet hence increase users usage rate of the bikes and the app. The app can have minimum charge to protect its asset or overtime usage. Second, the app is so buggy it doesn’t allow me to pay with any payments until i got so frustrated. Wonderful concept. *2022-11-23, version 2.5.6* Their bikes are largely broken or non-existent with pins floating around with no actual bike connected to it maybe to appear like there is a greater choice of bikes around when there is not. I’ve wasted so much time trying to find these mystery bikes. The app is also buggy and full of ads and quite sluggish too. I love the concept any idea of bank sharing and I will continue to try to use the app and find bikes to do work right now. If you’re thinking of doing it save urself £2 and walk for free.
