For example, when switching between locomotives, the app will disconnect from DCC and shut the engine off along with the lights. If you let your phone or tablet’s screen turn off, you will lose connection and you have to reconnect, you will temporarily lose control of your trains. Is it worth a buck a month? And yes it does cost a small monthly amount but compared to the other DCC app the ability to photograph your locos and enter their DCC numbers makes it that much more enjoyable to use. You can easily see how many locos are in use, release as required without having to go into the locos settings and swap controls of each engine superbly. The only request I would ask is the ability to manually add a sound or light description under each buttons name - ie add ‘generator’ under F6. This would make it a fully customisable app as it’s easy to forget what all 26 buttons do. It would also be amazing to 1. show only active locos etc 2. also allow the gallery view to have smaller thumbnails 3. add custom logo name next to DCC number 4. add purchase price, date, added extras etc so the user can keep track of more info about each logo 5. how about a rolling stock gallery too with images and info to be able to be stored But compared to the competition who’s complaining !
