## What is LocoPoko?

Run a smoother home poker night with LocoPoko—the live chip tracker and scorekeeper built for friends playing together in person. Keep every stack, bet, pot, buy-in, cash-out, and final balance clear from the first deal to the last hand.

One iPhone hosts the table. Nearby players join over Bluetooth or local Wi-Fi, see the same live game, and take actions from their own phones. No accounts, internet connection, or server required.

BUILT FOR HOME GAMES
• Track stacks, bets, pots, blinds, buy-ins, cash-outs, and final balances
• Handle all-ins, side pots, and split winners without manual chip math
• Choose Barebones mode for house rules or Full Table mode for structured Texas Hold’em turn order
• Approve rebuys and cash-outs while keeping the table balanced
• Undo mistakes, review the action log, and resume an interrupted game

SETTLE THE NIGHT CLEARLY
• Review balanced results before anyone settles up
• Check off each in-person handoff without moving money through the app
• Save private game history, lifetime results, and head-to-head rivals
• Share a polished recap with the table

LOCAL AND PRIVATE
Your game stays in the room. Session data is shared only among nearby player devices, while history and stats remain on your iPhone. There are no accounts, in-app analytics SDKs, developer telemetry, ads, or developer-collected player data.

SCOREKEEPING ONLY
LocoPoko is a utility for private, in-person games. It does not deal cards, determine winners, host online poker, process payments, award prizes, or enable real-money wagering.

- Run It Back from results or history with the same table setup
- Save house-rule presets with antes, straddles, bomb pots, and Pot-Limit Omaha
- Add guest seats for players without phones, then let them claim a seat later
- Recover a seat securely on a new phone or substitute a new player cleanly
- Run an optional shared blind clock with schedules, breaks, and automatic level changes
