It was easy to use, with electronic timesheets being submitted then and there. You can track the progress of your applications and also on submitted timesheets. Unfortunately I’ve moved away from the trust and I don’t use it any longer. No one takes responsibility when there are problems and users just get batted around. The medical director had informed we could anticipate a better user experience. Nonsense. None of my old WLI shifts have appeared from patchwork and the managers can’t seem to add them. Requested to take a selfi and I did it again even though was wel cantered. I believe it was the passport photo the problem but not able to take new photo as not option to do it. I tried to complete the description which is a pain to do and it is not even saved. Better to apply in the web if allowed but I already tried to log in and requested to download application in library computer.
