## What is Lodgestory?

Lodgestory is the holistic communications and customer relations management app for large enterprises and fast paced startups. Handling every customer communication and interaction — from traditional phone calls to Unified Inbox for WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, Twitter, WebWidget or any of the 55 chat messaging apps, while also supporting custom workflows and operational ticket management — from one place, on your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Make and receive guest calls without leaving the app. Built-in softphone with caller ID, call history, and missed-call recovery — no separate dialer required.

• Reply to guests through your hotel's chat number. Threaded conversations, media attachments, smart filters (assigned to me, unresolved, by chat), notes for internal
handoff.

• Track and resolve operational tickets. Capture issues raised in any chat, assign to teammates, set priority (SOS / High / Medium / Low), attach photos, mark resolved.

• Notifications when a guest pings you, when a teammate assigns you a ticket, or when a call rings — even with the app closed.

• Built for the back-of-house reality: works on older Apple devices and survives bad Wi-Fi, syncs cleanly when you come back online.
