## What is Lodgical?

Organisational AI for clubs and schools.

Lodgical runs the whole organisation in one place: clubs, schools and competition. Pick your club or school once and everything for your family, your athletes or your pupils is there.

WELFARE AND SAFEGUARDING, FIRST
- Welfare concerns, incidents and safeguarding reports go straight to the Welfare Officer or Designated Safeguarding Lead, and nobody else
- Welfare records are kept apart from everything else in the app, by design
- Concussion and return-to-sport protocols followed step by step, with the family told at each stage
- Medical and emergency information where the duty adult needs it, and nowhere else
- Anonymous reporting for anyone who needs to speak up

CLUBS
- Every session and camp for your children, with travel and accommodation you update yourself
- Camp places offered and accepted in one tap, consent signed when the club asks
- Club, camp and group messages in one stream, with a bell for anything missed
- Registers and roll call for coaches, camp planning and allocations for the committee
- Invoices and payments with receipts, a club shop, training logs and a handbook

SCHOOLS
- Registers, and a golden thread that hands every pupil adult to adult through the day
- Homework set and marked, markbook, reports and parents' evenings
- Sick bay, medication and appointments, with parents informed
- Boarding house, trips and fixtures, run from the same place
- Parents and pupils see what is theirs; staff see their responsibilities

COMPETE
- Race and event entries with payment, start lists and results
- Organisers reach entrants and their coaches directly
- Team fixtures from invitation to team sheet to score
- Live scoring for cricket and sailing, alpine results feeds

ORGANISATIONAL AI
- Speak, and the form is filled: registrations, consent, camp details, reports
- Dictate a note on the hill or the touchline and it is filed in the right place
- A morning brief for staff on what needs doing today
- Answers about your club or school from its own handbook

BUILT TO BE TRUSTED
- Sign in with Face ID or fingerprint
- Data held in the UK, run under an ISO 27001 information security programme
- A child's name leads on every family screen; parents see only their own children
- Every save confirmed, every message delivered or you are told

Lodgical is used by ski race clubs, biathlon, academies and schools across the UK. Your club or school invites you. If yours is not yet on Lodgical, ask them to visit lodgical.club.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-10-09

Switch between your clubs and schools without signing out. Add another account from the menu and move between them in one tap, each with its own notifications and its own settings.

Also new: signing out of an account now stops its notifications on this phone, staff can choose to be asked "Sign in?" when they arrive at school, and a number of smaller fixes to registers, messages and camps.

### 1.0 — 2026-10-06

No release notes.
