Erstens: Übersicht auf einem Kalender. Aktuell müssen die Putzkräfte anhand der Anreise und Abreise sich selber einen Kalender erstellen. Zeiten: die Gäste haben wir die Möglichkeit vor Ankunft Wünsche zu äußern. Und zwar im Lodgify System. Jetzt wäre es natürlich super, wenn das direkt bei den Putzkräften eingespielt werden würde. Man kann den Putzkräften ja auch Aufgaben zuteilen, aber dass ist aktuell nicht State of the Art. Alles sehr aufwändig. Ihr seid der einzige Channel Manager der so etwas anbietet. Die Funktionen die sie hat funktionieren auch super. Ich würde mir aber folgendes Wünschen: 1. eine Deutsche Version ( meine Mitarbeiter sprechen schlechtes Englisch) 2. dass die internen Bezeichnungen der Unterkünfte angezeigt werden. Meine Mitarbeiter wissen nicht wie die Unterkünfte bei Airbnb und co. benannt sind 3. eine Kalender Darstellung so wie sie in der normalen Lodgify App ist. 4. bei den tasks eine schnelle Möglichkeit zu sehen wie viele Gäste als nächstes kommen. Aktuell muss man etwas umständlich immer auf next booking klicken 5. dir Nachrichten Funktion sodass Mitarbeiter mit Gästen kommunizieren können. ### 1/5 — Vollkommen sinnlos, da absolut unübersichtlich und ungebräuchlich *2024-01-07* deutsche Übersetzung ist schlimm. ein absolut sinnloses, zusätzliches Modul. Vollkommen unübersichtlich die Putzfrauen, welche normalerweise den Kalender sehen sollten, kommen einfach nur Meldungen, anhand derer sie sich dann einen eigenen Kalender erstellen müssten. Absolut unüblich und ineffektiv. Wichtig wäre, dass die Putzfrauen den Monatskalender sehen können ohne Preise. Das ist schon alles dazu noch die Belegung zahlen. Mehr müssen Sie nicht sehen aber genau das macht dieses Modul nicht, obwohl man es extra teuer dazu kaufen muss. ### 1/5 — Generally Unusable *2023-09-14* Inconsistent data at all times. Non ci sono le recensioni automatiche come in altri channel manager e infine non si ricevono i messaggi di richiesta informazioni che gli ospiti inviano prima che avvenga una prenotazione.
