You can’t add more than one reservation. Can’t login with email. This really needs to be redone. ### 1/5 — Data doesn’t sync *2026-04-10, version 2025.13.8* The Loews website opens within the app to book a room. The account data in the app (previous stays, preferences, cc info, etc.) does not cross over to the website. After booking is completed, the reservation info can be retrieved on the website but not in the app. Please fix this. Loews hotels are my favorite. I reported the issue months ago and the helpdesk person was very rude and eventually said he would escalate it and…..nothings changed. ### 1/5 — Totally worthless. *2025-05-13, version 2025.1* Do not waste your time. The check in DOESN’T work. The app is asking you to sign in every time you open it. I did check in and gave my payment, but got no keyless entry. I should be able to go into the app anytime and see all my upcoming reservations. Also, the hotel needs to provide more photos of the rooms. I’m actually shocked.
