### 1/5 — This is a terrible app

This app is dreadfully bad. There's a steep service fee for everything, if you lose internet connection, it suddenly kicks you out, the feedback form doesn't work, and some of the forms have conditional fields that appear only when a certain field shows up. That's annoying. If your apartment complex or property manager uses this app, raise an eyebrow because this app is driving me to make my own property management software and have my complex use it instead.

I have not been able to loving into the app in months. Every time I sign in, I get the loading screen on perpetual repeat.

This app/company takes advantage of people by creating middlemen for services (who needs a utility advisor). My mom setup her utilities with one of these middlemen and they stopped paying her bills. And it provides services to landlords to let them keep rent higher. It’s garbage.

I want to preface this by saying I work in IT and am very tech literate, so I’m familiar with troubleshooting and work arounds in apps to provide insight from a technical standpoint. Here are some things I’ve noticed that could improve the user experience:

- “remember me” box never applies when checked on login screen, information must be entered manually every time.
- sign in with passkey never works. Just has you go through text code MFA twice.
- autofill for the code that gets sent via sms produces an error that the account can’t load at this time. You have to manually type it out which isn’t a big deal, but still figured it was worth mentioning as making this adjustment would improve the experience.
- user interface is inconsistent, sometimes a page loads too far down, other times too far up. 
- there are times where the app refuses to load no matter how many times I close out of the app fully to end the session and it is required to wait and try again later.
- (not a bug, but something to keep in mind as a user) if you don’t set up your payment type as ACH there’s a processing fee to use your card info.

We moved into an apartment that uses this app. It has been broken since the beginning and the complex is having a difficult time helping fix the problem. Seeing the other reviews experiencing the same, i feel this company should be investigated.

If I wasn’t required to use this app I wouldn’t. It doesn’t save login information, it constantly boots you out after reloading, tons of issues

every time I try to pay my rent, I have to sign into some verification. I should not have to keep signing in to verify myself if I’m using the same phone, same Internet, same IP address this is very annoying. It makes me not want to use your app, but if I go through the website, it’s the same stupid process. why do I have to keep verifying myself on the same device that I’ve been using? make it make sense!

I’m in California, and sometimes I have to wait to pay my rent on the 5th, which according to my lease is perfectly acceptable.  
However, the app does not adapt to time zones, so payment is recorded based on Texas time.  This means my payment will now be charged a late fee, even though technically I’m still paying rent on time, I have to pay a late fee because this stupid app only recognizes the time zone of the HQ. 
Thanks for NOTHING.  😡
