I fail to see why the two apps had to be separate - there is even less reason the old data shouldn’t connect seamlessly. In every level, it’s more work. But it does function for recording weight, so what do I know.

I had this scale for several years and it was working fine. Recently I see one weight on the scale and the app shows the same.  I get a message saying too much of a difference is this really you.  I confirm and a different weight appears.

This app does works quite well.  It records weight and provides graphs of weightless. It handles missed days and possible errors well. It isn’t full of entertaining bells and whistles, and it isn’t a game, but it does record weight in an effective and visual way.  

Definitely get the app if you have a Bluetooth scales that connect to it.  It’s quite good!

There is an set of data on the main screen that is set to a random date that compares your current weight to. You can change it but you can’t get rid of it. For me this feature is unnecessary and annoying. I’m not trying to lose or gain weight I just want to see my weight when I check in. I don’t need to see that I’m minus 3 pounds of water weight with a lie that my bmi is lower💀.

My problem is that even if you gain .05 pounds it makes a carnival game sound thats extremely triggering. The sound honestly makes you feel like a COMPLETE failure. I’ve contacted customer service twice to change the sound or just not have a sound at all..?  A warning for those who had an ED this scale is emotionally traumatizing

The app was fantastic before I loved it. They have updated it and it is terrible you cannot see your every day comparisons without clicking on each individual day, it used to be motivating to see each day’s progress and they took away the passcode, which protected anybody from just going into the app.

For no reason at all, when I go to open the app every morning, all I get is a blank screen. This started happening when they “updated”their app. My Grandmother used to say, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” Sure holds true for this! The only way that I can get my data back is to delete the app and download it again. Thankfully, my data is still there!

The scale and all worked well until they stopped connecting. One day I stepped on the scale and it just wouldn’t connect. I tried all the troubleshooting steps including resetting both the scale, installing the app again, turning on/off Bluetooth/phone multiple times, even bought a new scale (and my phone is 2 months old)! Nothing worked!

Upgrade made things worse. Hard to navigate and the graph of body weight is in such a large scale that it’s hard to track the changes in weight on a smaller timescale (months). I’m super disappointed in this “upgrade” and wish I could export my data to another app

I really like the scale and this app! I really enjoy having a visual representation of my progress and being able to set weight goals. I also like that you can track your body measurements and it gives helpful guides where to measure.

I love the trends and graphs involved. I have had my scale and this app for about 1.5 years now, and I have never had any connectivity issues. I click into the app prior to weigh in and weight data is saved. The app is visually appealing and simple. I really like the estimated time to goal weight!

This product and app has been a great addition to my health journey! It works seamlessly with my Apple Health! I’m not one to normally leave comments for apps but I do recommend this app and scale for anyone serious and dedicated to weight loss goals. 

Side note: The app will tell you what weight category you fall into (such as underweight, average, overweight and such..). If you’re motivated, this should only motivate and encourage you more. I don’t get why people are complaining about the scale telling you your weight classification... it’s an enhanced scale.

I wish the athletic mode was a little bit more receptive to alternative heart rates. For example, my resting heart rate is around 73 bpm. I do like the fact that it has an app.
 I’ve been tracking for over a year I’m 199 pounds 14.8% fat.
