- Lacks basic safety features for hosts. 
- Functionality issues: prevents both hosts and guests from modifying a booking 
- Confusing Payment UI
- NO transparency on what guests are being charged. 
- Charges guests for a bogus cleaning fee that does not in fact go to cleaning or hosts.
