## What is Log A Day?

Log the events of your days with a single tap and analyze the results in a glance! 

Tap on "Coffee" everytime you drink a coffee, for example, and Log A Day will remember everything forever. 

Log A Day is an habit-tracking app that gives you the detailed history of each recorded event, trends charts, statistics, monthly comparisons, etc. 

You can search for events that happened at specific times and under specific conditions, with many criteria available.

Use more than 100 beautiful icons and colors to create your categories of events, and add notes to events, customize the interface, search and organize... there's so many possibilities.

You can even add commands to Siri to execute specific actions!

And everything is synchronized in real time between your devices via your iCloud account.

A widget is also available, which displays up to four of the most recent logged events.

Log A Day does not ask for subscription: once installed, you get all the features on all your devices without any restrictions.

Really disappointed and very sorry I bought this app. There is no help available, and therefore no way to make it work correctly. I’m normally pretty good at finding my way around in programs, but there is nothing intuitive here. It sure sounds good in the description and illustrations but unless I can get some help, can’t find anything positive to say about it.

- Add event(s) to a category with the Shortcuts app. This new Shortcut accepts a list of date strings (format "2022/03/27 15:33"), a category title, and an optional note. Date strings can be entered manually, received as variables, or received directly from another shortcut action. A new event will be created for the selected category for each date string received by the shortcut.
- Tap on the current month label in the Events tab to display a popup menu with all available months.
- Batch delete events. Available in the current month view in the Events tab, and in all the events lists in the Explore tab.
- New 'Add note to last event' popup in Today tab. This popup shows up for a few seconds after a category cell has been tapped in the Today tab. Disabled by default, can be toggled in Settings.
