Bodyweight exercises: log pull-ups, dips, and similar without weight, with optional added weight tracked separately
Timed exercises: log holds and isometrics by duration instead of reps
Backup & Restore overhaul

Backups are now far more complete they include your custom exercises, workout templates, and cardio logs, not just workout history
Fixed an issue where bodyweight and timed exercises could lose their formatting after a restore
Old backup files from previous versions now import correctly
Added a reminder that nudges you to back up if it's been a while since your last one
The Backup & Restore screen now shows when you last backed up

Other improvements
Removed the iCloud auto-backup feature, which wasn't reliable manual export/import is the single, dependable way to back up now
The activity wave chart now uses each theme's own colours for strength vs. cardio, instead of one fixed colour scheme for every theme
