## What is Log My Weight?

Quickly log your weight right from your watch. Log My Weight can also automatically update your current weight in the Apple Health and Fitness apps, if you give it permission to do so. Past weight records are saved so you can see your progress over time. Prefer to use lbs rather thank kg? No problem, easily switch between lbs and kg at any time.
