## What is Logbook?

A private logbook for GLP-1 treatment.

Track your doses, weight, body measurements, food and progress photos — on your phone, and only on your phone.

WHAT IT TRACKS

• Doses: medication, schedule, injection-site rotation and supply on hand — for a pen or a tablet
• Daily side effects, with a severity scale and your own notes
• Weight, body measurements and goals
• Food, water, protein and fiber, with an offline database and barcode scanning
• Activity, weight and nutrition, read from Apple Health if you want them
• Progress photos, with alignment and side-by-side comparison
• A card of your journey to share, arranged your way — with parts of a photo covered or blurred if you choose
• Reminders that never put your medication on your lock screen

MEDICATIONS

Presets for Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, Rybelsus and Wegovy oral, plus compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide — a pen or a tablet, whichever you are on. Anything else, add it by hand. The medication-level chart also recognizes liraglutide (Saxenda, Victoza) and dulaglutide (Trulicity), and it is free.

NO ACCOUNT. NO CLOUD. NO ANALYTICS.

Logbook has no backend at all. There is no server holding your health data, because there is no server. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to log in to. Everything works offline.

WHAT CAN REACH THE INTERNET

Two things, both off until you switch them on, and each with its own switch — because a barcode and something you typed are not the same disclosure:

• Barcode lookup sends a barcode number to Open Food Facts, and nothing else.
• Online food search sends what you type into the search box.

Neither sends anything you have logged. With both switched off, Logbook makes no network requests at all — the food database ships inside the app, so search still works on a plane.

YOURS TO KEEP

Export everything as CSV, JSON or a PDF for your clinician, whenever you want, free. Back the whole thing up to a file you hold, and restore it on a new phone. An app that keeps your health data on your own device should never be the reason you cannot read it.

ONE OPTIONAL UPGRADE

Logbook is free, and the free version is a complete tracker — everything that records your data stays free, including the photos. One $2.99 USD purchase, once, never a subscription, unlocks the timelapse of your progress photos, side-by-side compare and alignment, the insight charts, the extended clinician report, unlimited saved meals and the other four color themes. Outside the United States the store charges the equivalent in your own currency.

Logbook is a tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or dosing guidance. Talk to your prescriber about your treatment.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.10.1 — 2026-10-28

• Fixes the medication level chart, which drew an extra dose on a shot day that falls on a daylight-saving change (Sunday, November 1 in the US)
• Fixes the count of low-calorie days in a row, which could come up short across a daylight-saving change

### 1.10.0 — 2026-10-28

• Food in servings: log "2 bars" or "1 cup", save batch recipes, attach barcodes to saved foods, and log to an earlier day
• Side effect history: every day you've logged, filtered by symptom
• A printable page for any shot week, and an "In real terms" tile on your journey card
• Choose the day your weeks start: shot day, Sunday or Monday
• Fixes, including undo after logging a food

### 1.9.0 — 2026-10-12

• Halloween and Christmas looks for your share cards, with stickers on your before and after photos
• Insights adds totals by dose and by injection site, sortable by any column

### 1.8.0 — 2026-10-07

Foundayo (orforglipron) is now built in. Choose it at setup or under Medication & schedule to get its dose steps (0.8 to 17.2 mg) and a medication-level estimate based on its prescribing information.

Already added Foundayo yourself? Your entry and its history stay as they are, marked "added by you" next to the built-in one.

Also: screen readers can now flip the sort on Week by week.

### 1.7.0 — 2026-10-03

Week by week: a new view under Weight shows every week since your first dose, with that week's dose, your weight, the change and your running total. Switch between a table and a bar chart colored by dose, sort by week, and share it as an image: a card for posting, or a tall image with every week to keep or send to your doctor. Your weight stays off the image unless you choose to show it.

Food scanning now works in servings. Scanned and searched products open at one serving, so the numbers match the label. Tap − for half a serving, type 1/2, or switch to grams.

Fixes: scanned products used to open at 100 g, which showed numbers that didn't match the package. Scans logged before this update were saved at 100 g unless you changed the amount, so check those entries.
