I can’t create account. Something wrong while signing the form at Mobile number and Passport number. How can I do?

I downloaded this because it looked like a great, easy to use app for logging procedures. 
I needed to create an account to use it and discovered I needed to be registered to practice in South Africa to be able to register. 
Disappointed
