## What is LogFai?

LogFai is the time clock for the whole workplace – and it is completely free. Clock in and out with one tap, approve with BankID and keep track of your working hours on your phone.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Today: your status, today's shift and the stamp buttons in one place
• Clock in, clock out, breaks and business trips – the time is set by the server's clock, not by the phone
• Approve every stamp with BankID – no BankID? Your sign-in is enough
• Schedule: see your shifts and apply for open shifts, when your employer uses ScheduleFai
• My time: every day and week, with the history of every change
• Notifications when your employer corrects your time, with the reason

FOR PEOPLE WHO WORK ON THEIR OWN
• Create a free private account with email and password – no BankID needed
• Log your own working hours, without an employer
• Download your data or delete your account whenever you like, right in the app

SAFE AND FAIR
• Your location is saved only at the moment you stamp – never in the background
• Personal identity numbers are stored encrypted and shown masked
• Every change is saved with who, when and why
• Lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID

FOR EMPLOYERS
Sign in under Employer to see your staff's time, approve the month, review deviations and open the staff register (personalliggare) right in the app. CSV export and printing are done on the web. A tablet at the entrance can become a kiosk where staff clock in. LogFai works on its own or together with ScheduleFai for scheduling, timesheets and payroll.

GET STARTED
Employees sign in with their personal identity number or email and the password they chose through their employer's invitation. Employers sign in with email and password. Private users create a free account right in the app.

LogFai is made by Tizfai Technologies AB in Sweden.
