They can tap **Accept** or **Decline** directly from the page. You get a push notification the moment they respond, and a separate notification when they first open the link (toggle either one in Settings → Notifications). **Send Receipt** After recording a payment, tap **Send Receipt** from Invoice Detail to send a professional receipt email. It shows a green PAID badge, the amount and date, and no Pay Now button — so clients know the invoice is closed. **Edit estimates** Tap the edit button from any estimate to update it before sending. Previously you could only edit draft details inline. **Convert to Job — carries everything forward** Converting an accepted estimate to a job now pulls scope, notes, and exclusions into the job description and automatically creates a draft invoice pre-filled with the estimate's line items.
