Auv3 works great, and the stock suit is insane. A few small additions like Flex Pitch, or binaural panning would be nice, but overall you can make a damn good song in this daw. ### 4/5 — MOVED TO LOGIC FROM FL *2026-08-06* Definitely cleaner sounding stock plugins , the ui is clean and perfect . Maybe the desktop version…. *2026-08-05, version 3.3* In 2020 I was able to place and use transients for correcting a few mistimed notes on a bass track in Auria Pro on an iPad. After hours of reading the manual and going back and forth on the net I find out that Logic Pro, which is really not a bad program otherwise, has no ability to do this….. How can this be? I pay each year for it but the desktop has features that should be available on the iPad Pro version and there’s no technical reason why they shouldn’t be. Why am I paying for a crippled version of Logic Pro on a very expensive iPad Pro? I’m removing one star for the lack of features and another for the hours I spent trying to confirm whether or not the feature existed. ### 2/5 — PAID OVER $200 FOR MAC VERSION *2026-08-04, version 3.3* And now they want me to pay by the month to run it on my iPad. I’ve been stem-splitting some songs from the KPop Demon Hunters album using Logic Pro, my favorite one being What It Sounds Like. Here’s the thing, I love all the stem-splitting options, Vocals, Bass, Guitar, Drums, Piano, Other. However, I would love it if we could add Strings (chamber/orchestra), Synths, Pads, Wind Instruments to the stem-splitting options. Overall, great app, but please consider my suggestion. Of course, there’s a huge learning curve which I still haven’t conquered but that’s not the software’s fault, it’s meant to be professional so it’s given that it should be a bit hard to learn. Like Adobe everything is now down to renting your software. I want to use Logic Pro like I did before on my iPad without having to rent a whole suite of software that I have no interest in. I already have Logic Pro on my mac and am happy to pay for Logic Pro on the iPad but I an not willing to pay for a bunch of other software that I have no interest in. For one of the wealthiest companies in the world to squeeze even more money out of its customers is of course the way the world works now.
