### 3/5 — Huge jumps

*2026-03-23*

It’s a promising app, but it currently makes very big jumps early on without adequate explanation. From basic truth tables, it jumps right to the much more complicated if p then q, ~q, therefore ~p. The app just declares you have errors without offering any hints or guidance. Working from established truth tables online, I still struggle to pass this exercise—I did once, but the accepted answer didn’t make sense to me, and I haven’t managed to repeat that success, so I clearly haven’t learned.
The developer likely expects users to rely on the built-in AI tutor, but that’s not available if you’re using the ad-powered version. If learning and progress depend on an AI tutor, anyway, I’m not sure why I wouldn’t just have my own LLM tutor me without the app.
Also, a minor annoyance, but progress isn’t saved at all without a subscription, even though I’m viewing ads.
I’ll keep an eye on this app because it does look promising.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for the valuable feedback. I'll start working to address all of these concerns directly and include all fixes in my next update.

In the meantime, if you press the log in button from the home screen you can create an account or continue with google or apple (this doesn't require a pay subscription). This will allow you to save progress and it gives you some free AI tutor usage.

I'll probably have the next version ready in a week or two.
