Me and my team use the app everyday. It needs a lot of updates. Please update the app.

### 4/5 — Great for mobile view of alerts and dashboard

*2023-04-14*

Not sure about the bad reviews on here but so far the app has been solid for quick review of alerts and created dashboards. Able to drill down into the resources graphs, see alerts clearly, no app crashes, dashboard fairly clean on mobile view.

4/5 as I’d like to see more secure measures on mobile like faceID. Right now it’s just touchID which doesn’t apply to a lot of the newer iPhones. Needs more friendly drop down to review resources.

### 3/5 — Simple to use but missing push notifications

*2022-12-22*

This app is good and simple to see alerts and easily see a graph over the recent couple of hours. However the only real thing I wanted from this app was the ability to get push notifications on critical and error alerts.
For that reason it isn’t really worth downloading as you can just send them to teams instead and have teams send you a notification.

### 2/5 — Some alerts and dashboards only

*2021-12-12*

Agree with other reviewers; seems an afterthought. Definitely need ability to see more than just 15 alerts. Push notifications would be appreciated, though admittedly I leverage another tool to push notifications to my device.

Would reall like more than just alert/dashboard functionality- I want to be able to actually see / browse / search resources also.

### 1/5 — Nonfunctional

*2020-09-28*

If you aren’t going to resolve your app issues. Please remove it from the App Stores.

### 1/5 — Fatal problems

*2020-08-30*

Unfortunately this app has some sort of fatal problem with the login process. Whilst it may work if you exactly use an existing account, if there is an issue you are just left hanging whilst the app is interminably ‘loading’. No error message. Nada. And on first run you enter ‘Company Name’? Whole rest of world uses either Email or User Name. So what happens if you do something like use a variant of the company name? Also, how does this work if user is an employee of a company whose ISP is the owner of the LM account?

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2020-04-25*

You enter your company name and after that it’s just a blue window nothing else. I’m on iPhone 11 ver 13.4.1. I hope this app is not a reflection of LM in general.. because this app is terrible

### 1/5 — Don’t swipe down

*2020-03-02*

Don’t swipe down or you have to close the app and reopen it.

They added a refresh button, fixed the name of the app from “mb”

Still not like how the app use to be where I didn’t need to worry about accidentally swiping down.

### 1/5 — Still broken

*2020-03-01*

The refresh button is nice but The app still becomes unusable if you swipe down which closes the “card” that’s open. I also still can’t put anything into SDT easily. The numbers for date/time are BLANK when I open them. Please fix! I have a support case open but it’s being ignored.
