A COMPLETE NEW LOOK

CheckIn has been redesigned from top to bottom. Every screen now shares one clean, consistent style - the check-in screen, My Locations, Insights, Settings, trip journals, memories, favorites and more.

NEW

- Weather at check-in. New check-ins now record the conditions at that moment and show them in the check-in details.
- Sort by distance. Switch My Locations to Nearest to see the places closest to you right now, grouped by how far away they are.
- Search your history. Find any place by name, address, note or category.
- Grouped timeline. Check-ins are now organized under Today, Yesterday, This Week and by month.
- Favorites are back. Browse every place you have starred, straight from the My Locations menu.

IMPROVEMENTS

- Map themes now work everywhere. Dark, Satellite, Hybrid, Vintage, Blueprint and Monochrome now apply across every map in the app.
- Trips and custom tags now back up to your account, so they follow you to a new device or after reinstalling.
- New voice notes are saved to your account instead of only on the device.
- Filtering by category is now a single tap instead of a separate screen.
- Signing out now asks for confirmation first.

FIXES

- Swipe to favorite and swipe to delete now work in My Locations.
- Daily path routes now draw properly on the map.
- Fixed a crash when opening a trip that has no check-ins.
- Memories Replay now opens on your first memory instead of a world view, and the playback controls no longer cover the location card.
- Fixed the year showing with a comma in Year in Review.
- Fixed home screen widget data sharing and automatic check-ins.
