Time is money and this app wastes an inordinate amount of time. It also takes some simple tasks and makes them difficult or impossible. Reporting features needed for billing and paying are also sadly lacking. Drivers complain that it chews their batteries. Tasks are repetitive. It’s difficult to administrate. Sadly it could be useful if they would listen and adjust to the criticisms from people who’ve been forced to use it. It asks whether I want to accept or reject… hit accept twenty times (for twenty different jobs) & it ALWAYS says timed out?!? Less than two seconds?!? Also it won’t unfreeze my car radio as if it’s a phone call! Many times you have to reboot the app for it to update. I don’t even have 2 seconds to accept a job. The offer vanishes like a magic trick. I’ve missed so many jobs because of this. As another driver mentioned, I have to keep an eye on the phone while driving, which will eventually cause an accident. ### 2/5 — Not always reliable *2025-03-20* Unfortunately using Waze lately addresses have been incorrect.
