I have wasted 2 hours looking for a free basic DVD player for IPad. EPIC fail by APPLE.

The app requests an authentication serial number on a screen with six, hyphen-separated boxes. The serial number on the DVD player consists of 14 digits. A request for help in how to enter the serial number resulted in a reply that said their support staff can only read Japanese.
