I had same issue of being able to view cameras on my computer but not on iPhone starting in mid March 2023. Today, my cameras started being viewable on my phone again. I didn’t do anything different.

My 700e cameras show disconnected in the app starting 3/17/2023 even though the commander software diagnostics on my PC show I’m connected and live feeds are perfect.  Not sure about other camera models.

Depuis le jeudi 16 mars 2023 nous avons plusieurs caméras depuis 12 ans cette APPS fonctionnait très bien et depuis ce jour plus rien j ai tout réinstallé et même mis sur un nouveau iPhone et rien même Androïd par contre sur Windows le logiciel fonctionne soit Logitech a banni cette APPS ou c est en maintenance j ai lance un ticket chez eux et j attends le retour à suivre

I can still access the cameras and footage through a windows computer. The app no longer syncs with the Logitech servers if they even exist anymore. No one to speak to at Logitech to help. They charge $80 a year for their service but are clueless when it comes to this app and connection issues. Seems it is end of days for these cameras and products. Such a shame. These cameras are fantastic.

Playback has disappeared from the App.
Support from Logitech is the worst I have experienced. There is no access to actual help or support.
This App and the mess with Alert Cameras is a sad reflection on the Logitech Company

Mes 5 caméras tombent en panne les unes après les autres , sans parler des bugs du système d’exploitation.
Autrefois le SAV était efficace, aujourd’hui plus rien.
Seule solution : jeter les caméras Logitech et en acheter de nouvelles.
Conclusion :  je je n’achèterai plus aucun produit de cette marque alors qu’ils m’envoient sans arrêt des pub sur mon adresse mail.

...of proprietary (Open Source) Software!

2024; the Hardware is fast enough for IoT, but Logitech removes all important Files to build a free and up-to-date firmware.

So, i put the unsecure, not encrypted but with XMPP Commands, working SURVEILLANCE! Camera in my Network. What have i to lose?

Après 10 jours de dysfonctionnement les caméras sont à nouveau consultables à distance sur iPhone. 
Dans le cas où les caméras sont données offline il est inutile de faire des manipulations sur son système.
Le problème provient du serveur Logitech.

I can’t view my camera on my iPhone or iPads the past few days now. I’m hoping it will work soon. Otherwise Logitech will have to refund me my subscription that I paid last month. Why did I renew subscription if I can’t see my camera ?????

Without any kind of notice from Logitech the app appears to have been shut down on March 17, 2023. Please post here when the class action lawsuit begins so that we are all informed. I would like a refund for all of my cameras. No where was I ever told that someday Logitech would just abruptly cease operation and leave my system inoperable.

Hola cámaras de excelente calidad sobre todo las de visión nocturna para exterior , pero ahora tengo un problema, de repente se dejaron de ver y transmitir las reinicié les hice reset porque ya no podía ver nada y recuerdo que hace unos años hice un comentario aqu mismo donde solicité una actualización para que fuera compatible con mis dispositivos y se solucionó, ahora quiero de ser posible saber si tienen alguna actualización pendiente ya que no logro que se vean de nuevo. OJALÁ ACTUALICEN SU APP O ALGO PARA QUE SE PUEDAN VOLVER A VER MIS CÁMARAS TENGO 4 cuatro cámaras instaladas y seria una pena que ya no funcionen por este motivo . Gracias espero den una pronta solución .

Been using it for years! Recently it showed all cameras Offline. I have Alert Commander and cameras working fine including motion alerts.
alert is not working and it’s impossible to reach anyone for support.
Non existent support.

Cameras require 3.5 Firmware (FW) to work properly on iPhone/iPad with iOS 10.3.2 through 13.7 software. To check camera Firmware(FW) open Alert Commander on your MAC. Go to Settings>General>Firmware. Below each camera you will see it's current firmware. If you have 3.2, 3.3 or 3.4 Firmware pull down menu on right side and see if you can update to 3.5 Firmware. If not available, contact LOGITECH and insist they provide you with a way to update to current 3.5 Firmware.

BTW, camera reliability is improved by occasional reFormat of SD Card. On your iPhone or iPad go to Settings>Select Camera>Format micro SD Card.

Trè bonne application mais plus possible depuis peu de reguardé mes camera en réseau externe fonctionne uniquement sur le wifi local branché au camera !
